I had to go in to get new brakes. Everyone that worked there was friendly and incredibly helpful. I'm looking forward to using this place for all my auto needs. I can't recommend them enough.

Pauline's is fantastic! Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and quick. Theresa is a lovely person. The used car I bought needed a tune up and I can not believe how well it drives now! She was upfront about the work needed and the cost and explained everything (I don't know much about cars) and the team gave it a thorough check, they even washed it. Great customer service and I love that they are female owned and run. Highly recommend!

While in the reception area for D-1 Smog Check where I was getting my car smogged for my annual tag renewal (D-1 is a business co-located within Pauline's Automotive) I saw a sign on the wall for Prius catalytic converter security installations (to keep thieves from stealing the catalytic converters). I spoke with a very friendly and very helpful woman named Teresa at Pauline's counter and she answered all my questions and said they could get the job done as soon as she ordered and received the part. I gave her the green light to order the part and she got me on the calendar within three business days. She kept me updated by phone every step of the way and was very amenable to letting me drop my car off at 8:00 a.m. (their opening time) and then keeping the car until 4:30 p.m. (their closing time) so that I could work from home while they worked on my car. When I went to pick up my car, they had washed the outside and vacuumed the inside as a courtesy. I was so impressed with this shop and with Teresa. My whole experience could not have been more positive. I highly recommend Pauline's based upon my experience. Kudos to Teresa for providing such a friendly face to this business!

Stopped in for a smog, got a Gatorade and a Danish while I waited outside. Good service

We decided to try Pauline's since they as are an independent local business. We ended up extremely happy with service on our Jeep. They diagnosed the problem and were able to do the repair with knowledge and real mechanic skill cutting the previous estimate from a larger retailer almost in half plus they smile.
