About a week before Halloween I had quite a scare when the ball joint broke on my truck. Luckily I was driving slowly (to avoid hitting any nocturnal creatures). Myself and the truck body were undamaged but the wheel had come off and the passenger side axle was down on the pavement. I had the truck towed to Pauline's for repair. Monica and her team got right to work ascertaining the damage underneath, getting me an estimate, and completing the repairs all within a few days. The cost was very reasonable but to top it off she offered a loaner car which saved me additional $ and time arranging for a rental. AND THEN when I went to pick up my repaired vehicle I could hardly recognize it for the shiny coat! Having been washed, waxed, and even the tires blacked, my truck is now officially spoiled (even I have never blacked the tires). I highly recommend Pauline's. Everyone there was friendly and wearing masks (and not because of Halloween!) so I felt safe and respected. Yeah, 5 stars!

I tried to use Pauline's to get the fuses replaced in my truck. I am getting ready to have it refurbished and put a Tesla engine in it but they insisted that by policy they needed to run a full electrical diagnostic at a minimum charge of 300$. I know the problem is just the fuses. When I called back to see if they could flex on that at all I was told by the Manager that they were so busy the owner could not call me back for several weeks and that they did not want to work on my older vehicle anyway. I did not walk away feeling great about Pauline's.

Pauline's is a very female-friendly shop, I like dealing with Monica and she's always very cool and helpful. I had a recurring problem with my car's engine smoking slightly, and Pauline's team was very helpful in diagnosing and repairing the problem, and replacing the valve covers on an older Subaru. Today I went back because the engine was slightly smoking again, but it's just a little oil leak. Monica checked the air filters, topped off the coolant and oil at no charge. Excellent service as always!

We decided to try Pauline's since they as are an independent local business. We ended up extremely happy with service on our Jeep. They diagnosed the problem and were able to do the repair with knowledge and real mechanic skill cutting the previous estimate from a larger retailer almost in half plus they smile.

Some of the most incredible service and automotive repair. Ive taken multiple vehicles they take care of everything for a more than reasonable price. And the fact its a female run automotive company is very intriguing. I would recommend to anyone for all vehicles. I am always impressed with the customer service. 10 for 10.
