My friend had taken their Chevy Tahoe to the dealership and was quoted @ $4000 for a brake job, We took it to Pauline's and their estimate was $4,200 😖 For the same work. When I brought this up to them they said they would match the dealership price 🤔 Really, .. caught overcharging and that's the best they could do. There is something fishy going on down there. Nope

My 80 year old father took his truck here to fix his windshield wipers and they quoted him $1,000 for repair. My father felt like he could not drive home in the rain without paying this enormous quote for a windshield wiper repair, so he paid it. I would never recommend anyone patronizes a business that exploits a senior citizen or anyone else for that matter. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I brought my car in for headlight lens restoration. I have not yet had the chance to use the headlights at night, but it looks 100% better than it did. I had the opportunity while I was there to speak quite a bit with Eric, the manager. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and seemed happy to answer all the questions that I had.

Took my rav4 in for a 53 pt inspection and they were super thorough, told me exactly what I needed to fix now and what could wait. The staff is super nice and works with you!

They changed my oil and did a thorough check on all other potential vehicle issues. I was impressed with what they found - I woulda never known without them. Thank you Paulines
